If the user is already logged in, they do not have any problems, until the phone is logged out, and they attempt to log back in. It sits on the screen for a while, then it cancels out. The error message is "Failed to fetch the user certificate". When a user attempts to log in, it begins to authenticate, but it throws an error when it tries to fetch the user certificates.
